Brad Escobar, the manager of MKT Restaurant - Bar, has been in the industry for 14 years and oversees restaurant operations. Four Seasons San Francisco Hotel is Escobar’s first city property, as he has held various Food & Beverage positions with Four Seasons Resort Whistler, Four Seasons Resort Santa Fe and Four Seasons Resort Whistler.
Being so close to one of the greatest wine regions of the world, Escobar is looking to become a certified Sommelier.
“At the end of the day a restaurant or bar is a place where people are able to come together to enjoy each other’s company, great food and beverage, and make memories. I have found from personal experience that many of my best memories have been made while dining,” said Escobar.
AT MKT Restaurant - Bar, Escobar works with his managers and the culinary team to create a welcoming and elevated experience, where sustainable seafood, crafted cocktails and a curated wine list dominate the menu. Located on the 5th floor of the hotel, MKT Restaurant also has three private dining rooms and serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.
