A native of Mexico City, Fernando graduated from CESSA University with a major in Hospitality Management. Later, he would later be certified by École hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland. Fernando joins us most recently from the St. Regis in Washington D.C. where he was responsible for restaurant, bar, IRD, and banquet operations. Being in the nation's capital he hosted events for guests such as President Obama and Queen Isabel of Spain. Fernando enjoys boxing and biking everywhere - his single speed Biancchi is nicknamed Cielito.
